Obviously it needs a comprehensive restoration. It doesn't run, it doesn't drive and its going to need a lot of work.The body has rust from sitting outdoors undercover for many years. Take a look at the photos, they tell most of the story. It will need extensive metal work. The rockers and frame rails appear solid. The torque boxes also appear solid with just a bit of swelling on the passenger side seam. Obviously it will need a full floor pan and lower quarter patches.Inside the interior is partially complete. Plan on a full rebuild in here. It came to us with no seats so we installed good frames from our own stock so the frames should be solid cores.Under the hood the engine compartment is very complete. The 428 wears the correct C8OE-N cylinder heads and cast iron Cobra Jet exhaust manifolds. The shaker is a reproduction unit, not an original. The intake is the correct cast iron CJ unit. The block is not the numbers matching unit but is a 1966 C6ME-A with a 5M18 casting date. The inspection cover was removed and shows the correct 'Pie Cut' flexplate and the witness marks from the welded 428 specific counter weight. The engine does not turn over. The transmission does have the cast iron tail shaft housing as well as the R servo.The 3.00 Nodular Case differential with 31-spline axles is still in place right down to it's original tag.The wheels appear to be the original 1970 specific styled steel wheels with the GT style center caps.For Transport we recommend Mike's Discount Auto Transport.
