Up for auction is my 1988 Ford bronco XLT Sherrod Mojave edition with 78,810 original miles, documented on title. This very nice original, rust free Florida truck has been in Florida from day one?????. Originally sold New at Bartow Ford Company on December 15, 1988 to Roy and Nancy Kent of Lakeland Florida???. This bronco was sold new for a staggering $36,960 equating to 60 payments at $616 per month!? From what I’ve researched, the Sherrod Mojave was a special edition that featured a custom paint job, some interior woodgrain accents, radar detector, etc. Sherrod was a custom conversion company, founded in 1979. They converted vans and trucks. This very nice original example has had one repaint, and was one family owned up until September 2019. This bronco is powered by the original 5.0L engine, and automatic transmission.???????? It has 4X4, a tilt steering wheel, power windows, power rear window, power locks, factory air-conditioning. There are no blemishes in the paint, no rust bubbles on the body. The underneath is super dry and free of any rotting. I have posted just shy of 100 photos per your review, please review them all.??
