1991 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor Description:

Up for bids is this beautiful white over tan 1991 Ford Crown Victoria police package. Car has the 5.8L /351ci V8 with 4 speed automatic transmission. Low miles for its age and service life only 99,900 original miles. Vehicle is a full police package car never used or abused in police service. Car was a state vehicle assigned to the Parks & Recreation dept in California. These Crown Victorias are starting to become scarce. Beautiful car for a police car restoration or daily driver.

VEHICLE EXTERIOR CONDITION

• The exterior condition of this vehicle is in good condition. Bright white paint is in decent condition but us faded due to age as can be seen in the photos. Vehicle has minor dings and scratches from fleet use. Body is straight with no major damage. California/Arizona rust free body & frame. No real rust or rust through only surface rust if any.

• The front and rear bumpers are in good condition. Minor ding on rear.
• Grill and headlight areas are in good condition.
• Parking/turn signal lamp lenses in good condition some cracks from age.
• Taillights are in good condition. Ford crests still in place.
• Vehicle has four police black heavy duty 15" steel wheels with OEM Ford Police full wheel cover turbine hubcaps. they look beautiful on the car. Some small dings/ scratches from use! All 4 Ford emblems still in place.
• Vehicles has 4 tires with plenty of tread left... but tires are old so I would recommend swapping them if you intend to drive it on the freeway. Vehicle has no spare tire or wheel but I can locate one at extra cost prior to pick up.
• Retains front license plate bracket.
• Tinted Windows.
• Vehicle has 1 police radio antenna on trunk.
• Vehicle has original AM/FM radio antenna on front passenger fender.
• Vehicle never had a spotlight or lightbar. No holes in roof.

VEHICLE INTERIOR CONDITION

• The interior of this Crown Victoria is in good condition. Needs little cleaning to be perfect.
• Has the optional cloth split 50/50 bench seats with matching optional rear cloth seats in great condition for thier age!
• Dashboard has one cracks but does have a matching dash mat that hides them well.
• Carpet is clean with no noticeable stains from use.
• Door panels are in good condition.
• Dashboard panels in good condition.
• Factory AM/FM/Cassette radio still in place. volume button is touchy.
• Steering wheel is in good condition. A little dirty from use.
• A/C buttons all in place.
• Vehicle retains its original certified calibration 140 mph police speedometer.

• Power windows: front passenger side window does not go up or down, and both rear windows struggle going up or down. (common on a car its age.)
• Air bag light on dash stays on. (Common on car its age)

Need to Know info!Please Read!

Just to inform those who may not know The "P71 " VIN code wasnot used until 1993!

All models 1992 and older used "P72 "which stood for "fleet model " all police and taxis where P72's! But only the police models had the highoutput V8, dual exhaust and Certified 140mph speedometer. Yes the 1992 is the newer bodystyle but it is still a P72 with the police package option. All Police and taxi's shared the P72 VIN code up until 1993. There are full police packge cars with the 5.0's and5.8's! The 5.0L was the standard engine for all models including police model. The 5.8L was optional and available at extra cost to police only except in Canada where it was available to civilians with the tow package. Thank you

The 1991 was the last of the boxy Crown Victorias with chrome metal bumpers. The 1991 saw short production numbers due to it was only produced for less than half the production year. Ford rushed into production to push out the 1992 aerostyle Vics after the success of the aero Chevy Caprice. There is less 1991's than any other year of boxy Crown Victorias. This makes them the most desirable of the police package for 88-91 body style.

Thank you to the bidders that do read the description and terms in full.
Two mistakes pointed out.
1. Vehicle does run and drive on its own. It will not require a transport truck with a winch to load. That was from a previous sale. My apologies for copy and pasting the terms without rereading them.

2. Vehicle does not have fuel injectors it has a 2 barrel carburetor. Mistake found in "The police package"
