I am selling my Father’s 1967 Mustang Convertible; I will try and represent this car as accurately as possible since I do not know all of the history on this car. My Father purchased this car in 2006, after what I suspect the previous owner did an exterior cosmetic restoration. Near as I can tell the following sheet metal was replaced, both front fenders and both rear quarter panels along with the sheet metal where the tail lights reside and where the gas cap is affixed along with the hood (see below). The car then received a complete paint job.

Thus you are buying a driver’s car and NOT a show car.
• Good running engine-believed to be original which is a 289 engine with 3 speed automatic transmission,
• Cruise-O-Matic power steering and a working AM radio.
• Current Mileage – Is believed to be original @ 86,000 miles, but is NOT known for sure.
• Original and current Color – Lime Gold
• This Mustang has a power convertible top and it is in good working condition (goes up and down nicely).
• Clean interior with Rare Bench seat - black. Front floor carpet is in need of replacement. No rips or tears in the seats.
• All electrics on car seem to work with no issues.
Prior owner replaced the original hood with a “deluxe hood” with turn signal lights in the hood. Standard hood does not have those turn signal indicators in the hood.
Overall, this is a driver’s car that looks and drives real nice. Undercarriage has had some repairs. It does not have convertible support bars. Instead of convertible support bars, it has two racing tubes welded to the underside for mid-section stabilization of mid-section. I am sure the floors in this car should be looked at and possibly replaced. I have not examined them nor can I state their condition. With that said both doors open and close great. The right front wheel has had some steel reinforcement welded to the under frame to further secure the right front wheel. There is a hole in the left side of the trunk as if something from underneath poked a hole in it (view photos).
Up front on the top of the fenders are some chips where the previous owner didn’t align the fenders correctly and they chipped the hood and the fenders paint (it has been touched up-see photo’s).
Car has a 2 piece convertible back window.
Vehicle will only be released along with a clear title once funds have been deposited and cleared through MY Bank.
Car is for sale in multiple locations and this car may be removed at any time from this listing.
