Up for sale is a Genuine Survivor, been garaged since 1975 (last registration sticker on license plate)!

A 1968 Ford Galaxie XL Fastback in pristine original condition, with 38,000 original miles.

Looking at the wear on the pedals and seats I would guess the mileage is correct?

Great combination of Meadowlark Yellow, black vinyl top and black vinyl interior

The car is a real California car (no rust) with original black and yellow plates, stored inside out of the elements. This is an outstanding original California car, a true survivor. Last registration I believe was 1975 (Last sticker on license plate). I have been collecting classic cars for almost 20 years, never seen one like this!!

MECHANICAL: (Safety upgrades)

Replaced radiator, water pump, master cylinder, all four brakes, brake hoses, brake lines.

Front disc brakes replaced both pads and calipers.

Replaced all 5 tires, original bias ply split after one block!!

Added 2 cans of R12 refrigerant A/C blows cold.

All lights both internal and external work

Engine runs smooth and quiet

EXTERIOR

Paint is in original conditions, chrome and SS are excellent, Glass is all very good, has SS door edge guards, and gas tank filler guard, all weather stripping is still very soft, door close solid, riding is quiet.

Vinyl top is original and soft with no sun damage, no cracks or tears. Hideaway headlights work as they should Exhausts exit behind rear tire.

INTERIOR

Dash is perfect, no cracks or tears, fits as it should, dash is excellent, wood grain is excellent.

Console has two compartments, both are excellent, with original magnetic locks.

Seats are excellent with no holes or tears.Headliner is excellent

Door panels are excellent, no damages

These true survivor cars are very rare and deserve to be protected!!!

I think my price is more than fair, considering what this beautiful car has to offer. This type of car comes along very seldom! I don’t think you could restore this car for the price I am asking…and it is all original
