1979 Ford Bronco XLT Ranger Description:

This 1979 Ford Bronco is a Ranger XLT with 33,100 original miles. This is a rare find because this rig is mostly original, stock, unmolested, and very, very clean. The Bronco is loaded with options like the 400 V8 Engine, Automatic, AC (Blows Cold), Power Brakes, GT Steering Wheel, GT Push Bar, GT Roll Bar, Dealer installed Stripes and Ranger XLT Trim with Wimbledon White Paint. This is a real survivor Bronco! The body on this truck is solid, rust free and in excellent shape. The paint is believed to be mostly original, which is very cool for being 40 years old, except for the tailgate which could easily be repaired and painted. There are no rust issues with this Bronco and all of the body panels look to be original. The truck has several small dents & dings and the original paint shined up really nice which shows some cool patina. This Bronco also has the Ranger XLT molding which are still in great original condition (the front right fenderwell trim has a dent). The interior is also really, really nice and original right down to the spare tire. Carpet was replaced but everything else is original and in good condition. Even the original dash is nice. All gauges (except gas gauge), lights, wipers, horn, etc are working as does the rear window. The engine is the original 400 V8 from the Factory. It runs great and has great power!! I purchased this Bronco a couple years ago from the family of the original owner and have since replaced the original spark plugs, wires, upgraded head lights, upgraded bulbs to led, Installed a NOS Kenwood stereo, Installed new Wheels and Tires, Added 2 ½” lift, shocks, Etc.. The transmission is an Automatic C6. This is a 40 year old vehicle that has not been restored. It is not perfect and has scratches, scrapes, and dings. Please feel free to have an inspection done or come and look at it before bidding. Bronco is a really cool find and drives nice.
