1978 ford f100 short bed 6 cyl 3 speed no title

1978 Ford F-100 Description:

somebody primed it and started some body work. exterior fairly good. needs floorboards. needs seat covered. ignition switch fell apart when i turned key. engine spins freely but starter bendix doesnt kick in. it needs new drivetrain and rewiring and everything else gone thru. it has front disc brakes but not power. never heard that was possible. no title. bill of sale only.
