1966 Ford Mustang Description:

This is a 1966 Ford Mustang Fastback that came from the factory with a V-8 with manual transmission.Somewhere during its history, someone took out the original motor and transmission.It was replaced by a 6-cylinder motor and automatic transmission. The motor in it now does not run.It looks like it has not been cranked in years.Most of the glass is good.There is crack in the driver?s side of the windshield. The glass for the driver?s side door is missing.I have a good windshield that will come with the car.The previous owner started restoration.He removed the floor plans, installed new doors, new front fender valance, a new fiberglass hood with scoop and new hinges.He also installed new hood latch support.This is a solid car.The front and rear frame rails are in great condition.The rockers are also in good shape.The quarters will need patch panels at the bottom.When you look at the pictures you will see where there are some rust holes in one trunk drop off and the transition panel.I would not replace these.I would cut out the rust and weld in patches just because the car is just too good to install aftermarket panels.What you see is exactly the way I purchased the car.Everything that came with it will be in the pictures.
