1955 Ford Customline, California car

1955 Ford Customline Description:

This solid California classic was recently pulled out of a garage after sitting there for 12 years.Someone had replaced the stock manual transmission with an automatic transmission, and also installed a more modern bench seat.
The job wasn't finished and it remains just the way it was back then. Please note it is NOT a running or driving car!
The 272 cui V8 turns freely, and by all accounts seems to be good. The automatic transmission installation was never finished, and the drive shaft is still inside the car.
It appears that it still has most of the original paintjob, however very faded. The only bad rust i can detect is the lower part of the driver side front fender. Also, below the passenger side headlight it appears to have been some work done.
Definitely a great builder for a restoration, beater or maybe even a custom project.
I have the CA title, the car is currently stored in Richmond, CA.
