1990 mustang 5.0 LX hatchback with new engine

1990 Ford Mustang LX Description:

I'm the original owner and I've kept detailed maintenance records from day one. This is still my daily driver and runs great. Clean inside and out. Garaged all its life. I have many of the original documents. This car has never been in an accident. No rust or dents.Original paint is in great shape. New engine installed at 256,886 miles. The hatchback has been replaced because a rock was thrown through the back window, so the paint doesn't quite match.
Additional information:A/C was bypassed and no longer works.The doors don't lock.The radio has been replaced but I still have the original radio which will come with the car.Stains on passenger seatStain in rear hatchbackPlastic piece inside top of hatchback coming loose, just needs a few screwsHatchback replacement was maroon, car is red, impossible to see difference from far awaySmall chip on hatchbackFelt lining under hood is frayed
None of the above affects the drive-ability of the car. For its age and use, it's in absolutely top condition.
