1962 Ford F-100 Description:

1962 Ford F100 4x4......Restored approximately 12 years ago. The truck has an awesome stance, and gets a ton of attention. 223 six cylinder, 4 speed manual transmission. Brand new Mickey Thompson Classic III wheels, also brand new Falken 33x12.50x15 MT tires. New carburetor last fall. New radiator last summer. New heater assembly, new lockouts, door and window gaskets are new, new seat belts just installed also. Runs and drives good, always starts easily. After sitting for extended periods, the front passenger brake will have a tendency to grab a little hard, but always works properly after a few times of applying the brakes. I was not the owner when it was restored, and I don’t believe anything was done to the powertrain/drivetrain when the rest of the truck was done. Currently the fuel gauge does not work. I bought the truck to do cruise nights and smaller car shows, I just drove it 40 miles last week to a cruise night. The only reason I’m listing it for sale is because I live a half mile from a highway on a rock road and feel it’s too nice to drive it on rock consistently, It’s not absolutely perfect, but is very nice. The interior is super nice, the paint has a few chips here and there but nothing terrible. Engine compartment is nice, but the engine block needs painted to make the engine really show worthy. The undercarriage is also very clean.
