1992 Mustang LX 5.0 Convertible “Feature” Also known as the Summer Edition

1992 Ford Mustang LX/SE Description:

Condition: 75-80% original paint, original carpet, dash and door trim panels. New seat upholstery, Convertible top, headlamps, and tires. All sheet metal and bumpers are original, no rust always a southern car "Georgia and Tennessee" I am the 3rd owner and have all service records from 18,000 miles to present. The car is showing 49,561 miles, which is in excess of the odometers mechanical limits, the actual mileage is 149,561 and verifiable. All of the mechanicals on this car are original except the Flowmaster exhaust and typical maintenance. The original paint still looks good but is getting thin from buffing and waxing over the years, some minor chips and a few parking lot dents which I tried to capture in my photos. Last summer when I cranked it for the first time the airbag light came on I don't know what the problem is but only 1 minor accident on the carfax when I bought it 5 or 6 years ago and the damage has never been repaired, it was a very small dent on the hood and small paint chip on the front bumper cover "see photos”. I looked at a bunch of these cars before I bought this one, most all had mileage reporting issues and various other issues. This car was in better condition than cars that were priced to me for $9,000 and $10,000. I have done my best to photograph and describe the condition. This is a good car to drive and enjoy and would be a great car to restore and put up after you have enjoyed it for a while.
