1992 Ford F-150 Flareside Description:

Up for sale is my 92 Ford Flareside F150. It needs work but it's a desireable body style (stepside) and is sure to increase in value as improvements are made. The AOD transmission needs an overhaul, the driver side window and windshield wiper need new motors (less than $50 each).Windshield leaks along the top and will need to be sealed. Carpet needs replaced, I removed original to avoid mold. Paint has faded and when I bought truck years ago something damaged paint on hood, grille and chrome. Has a stong 5.0 motor and if I read the code correctly a 3.55 posi rear. It is equiped with a bedliner. This truck is obviously over 25 years old and shows it's age but it no longer requires inspection in NJ and eligible for vintage plates (QQ's)
It can be driven for loading on a transport but not safe for highway use intill trans is fixed. In other words this is a project, not ready for driving. Sold as is, where is.
In the interest of full disclosure, the mileage shown is per the title. Actual odometer reads 142570.There was a discrepancy when I bought the truck even though fact check says none existed. I have no idea what actual mileage is.
I have added some pics of area of driver side floor where there is surface rust from leaking w.s. There as a small spot of rust thru under the sill plate. Easy repair. Also included pics of fiberglasswhich will require attention before truck is repainted.
