1968 Ford F-100 Description:

1968 Ford F-100 is now up for auction. This is a 100% rust free truck that waspurchasedin the New Mexico desert. It was sun baked and faded. A few dents, but zero rust. It had a none running 240 6 banger and three on the tree. At our restoration shop in Cookeville, TN. we had a new pro built 466 Cubic Inch and new Pro Built C-6 and it needed a home. The truck was a great choice. A new posi trac rear differential from John's Nine inch was ordered and for all around good gear we chose 3:00 ratio. The complete front suspension was rebuilt with new everything. The truck was kept simple but power steering was added. A Willwood master cylinder was installed and controls the large factory drum brakes. This trucks goes and stops. The truck was repainted its factory colors and SS trim was added along with a set of restored West Coast JR. mirrors. The pics tell the story and very little was done to under cab so people couldwitness the rust free condition.
