1961 Ford Galaxie Description:

Up for bid, with no reserve. This is a very rare and one of a kind piece of history. This 1961 Ford Galaxy Sunliner was the Pace Car for the 2010 Scotts EZ Seed Legends Race. It was driven by legendary Nascar driver Junior Johnson. It is also autographed by him and several more drivers, including Jack Roush, Cale Yarborough, Harry Gant and more. The car is also featured in Nascar Illustrated Magazine. The car is in excellent shape with no issues. The engine is a 1968 True 428 Cobra Jet. I have the build sheet with all specs. The transmission is a Toploader 4 speed and the wheels are Boyd Coddington with Bf Goodrich tires.
The car is in excellent condition. It does have some nicks and dings. The paint is thin in a few places. It has all the original glass. The interior is original; has a crack on drivers side front seat and the back seat has one small cut. The top is also in good shape.
