Beautiful Fairlane 500 with the large Thunderbird 312cubic inch V8 engine, automatic transmission and Air Conditioning. This California car is a beautiful example of a rust free original car with only 88K original miles. I would call it a survivor with one repaint in the original Black finish. The body, under carriage & chassis are straight and rust free with no patches or repairs, all original Ford metal, no rust ever. The paint looks beautiful but has some small imperfections as would be expected on an un restored car of this age. Just a few small scratches and a chip here and there but no blistering or rust. The trim brightwork and chrome are all in Excellent original condition. The red interior appears original and in excellent condition with the exception of a few very small holes in the headliner. The engine compartment and trunk are also in excellent original condition and show very well. This Fairlane runs and drives just like the day it was driven off the dealer lot when new in 1957. The Air conditioning is cold and the original am radio works just as it should. The car also has original fender skirts. Great car at a great price.
