1987 Ford F-250 XLT Lariat 4x4 Description:

1987 Ford F-250 Lariat XLT 4x4. Extended cab and bed liner. Runs great, runs strong. The engine is a 460 big block with a Holley 4 barrel carb and a mild cam. I had a "Push to Start" ignition installed last year, if you are familiar with the steering column on these trucks in the extreme cold you know what a huge benefit this is and I wish I did it years ago. The engine also features a MSD ingnition, jet coated headers, and a pre-lube oil pump. Other notable features include a Gear Vendors under/over drive, Rancho air suspension needs compressor but the shocks have all been replaced 3 years ago, ARB air locking differentials (front and rear), 35 inch BFG that are NEW (retreaded in the USA not cheap Chinese) less than 100 mile, MOTO Metal Rims 3 years old. Warn locking hubs, updated and rebuilt heavy duty front end, VDO gauges, ladderbars, and a stainless exhaust system. The truck has 118,000 miles on the body but only 10,000 on the engine and transmision which were replaced when the truck turned 100k. I have driven the truck very low miles in the time I have had it, but it never sits. I always start it every few days and drive it at least once a week. BRAKE LINES ARE BRAND NEW ONE YEAR AGO. The truck some minor rust. The four wheel drive is amazing, like a tank and this truck has been a savior in the past winters. I have gotten out of situations in mud I never would have believed using the locking diff. The interior is in amazing shape, so comfortable, leather no rips or tears and has all power options, windows work great. The power locks on one side are not working. The hood latch cable needs to be replaced the item is readily available on ebay, I have it rigged works fine. Overall this truck is in good condition, it is free from any major dents and has dings and scratches especially from use around the bed. The passenger side mirror needs minor attention but it is held together. The frame shows very little rust. On the road the truck is very tight and is an absolute beast, but smooth ride since I just put new tires on. Also, the truck does not need valid NJ inspection and has a exemption from Motor Vehicles so no inspection needed, I have the documentation.
