I recently acquired this car thinking I could drive a Mustang and restore a Mustang at the same time... tried to have the best of both Worlds. It seems I bit off more than I could chew and I need to reallocate the funds spent on this car to my '67 GT project.
As far as history goes, there is little known about the car. What I can tell is that at some point, someone spent a lot of money to restore this car. The car looks to have been completely taken a part and repainted this gorgeous Royal Blue Metallic color. The weatherstripping, chrome and trim is all pretty nice. The bumpers are very nice. All of the jambs and in the trunk look as nice as the exterior. There are some water spots and a few small chips, but overall the car has outstanding curb appeal. Easily a gorgeous daily driver or nice weekend cruiser. The exterior lights, gauges, stereo, A/C (blows cold) and interior dome light all work fine. Electrically, the car is in good shape.
The engine compartment was completely refinished and many of the components look new or at least newer. Given the effort in refinishing the engine compartment, I also assumed that the engine was likely rebuilt as well. It sounds to me that it has a small performance cam. It also has headers and an aluminum intake manifold. It sounds pretty tough.I put together a quick video of the car running for interested buyers. That video can be seen at this link:

I did purchase a Marti Report for the car. While the car has Oregon plates, I don't believe it spent much time in Oregon. The underside of the car is very nice with excellent original floor pans, torque boxes and frame rails. No rust. It also appears that to original doors and quarter panels have never been hit or rusted. All very nice panels and one of the things about the car that really attracted me to it was how well the panels fit. It's a very straight and solid car. Much better than most others I've seen.
The interior could use a freshening up in some places. It has original '68 seats in it, but the upholstery has separated at the seems on the front buckets and the back seat is showing age as well. I put seat covers over the two front buckets. Some fresh upholstery and a few smalls odds and ends would take the car to another level. Overall, it's clean and comfortable.
The car runs, drives, stops and steers. I have not put many miles on it except some quick trips around town and as I mentioned, don't have much in the way of history.
I'm happy to answer any questions that you may have. Nice solid and straight car. More photos by request, please just ask.
I'm selling the car AS IS. No warranty offered. It's a classic car and condition is subject to a persons personal taste. I'm not advertising a 100pt show car, I can guarantee it will have a few flaws. I'd recommend an inspection in person, but if you cannot make it out, I can offer a buyer the opportunity to see the car via FaceTime if you have an iPhone. We may also be able to Skype or WhatsApp as well. Last thing I want is for anyone to feel like they didn't get what they paid for.
I can assist with transport arrangement as well and will work with your transport driver to receive the car if you're out of state or outside of the US. Happy to work with buyers outside of the US as well.
