Up for sale is a very rare, less than 5% of the build in 1966,true 289 factory 4-speed GT A-codeFastback. It has the original engine and transmission which were completely rebuilt in Chandler, Arizona, in 2016 by the Mustang Shop. All of the receipts for the project plus several thousands of dollars in receipts more will be included to the buyer. The car has vintage air conditioning, has been repainted the original candy red, a 4-speed manual top loader transmission, and pony interior in black which was originally white parchment. This vehicle has been kept all original with only a few minor upgrades including electronic ignition, upgraded radiator, overflow fluid retainer, and high performance engine components. This car shows very well, has been beautifully restored top to bottom.
