1977 Ford F-250 XLT Description:

Nicely refreshed and with a gear splitter it runs on the freeway in the low 2,000 rpm range.
Originally from California this has been my daily driver the metal is very clean considering the age and I've made continual improvements.
This truck was built the first month after the highboys ended so you have a joined transfer case, front disc brakes, better steering, more galvanized body parts, and the wider frame. It looks like a highboy with a few inches lift.
Repainted three years ago it needs to be cut and buffed has a few bubbles coming back. It's been professionally bedlined by Rino.Original 351M with an RV cam, the timing has been corrected from the OEM 70s emissions timing, Edelbrock intake and carb, summit electronic ignition, desmogged, long tube headers. Good AC. Roughly 60,000 miles.SM435 with an Advanced Adaptors gear splitter adds 28% overdrive. Because of the added length of the combined gear boxes I had to repositioned the transfercase shifter. Truck now has three shift levers. Rear drive shaft is a custom Tom Woods. It has a front shaft I fabbed up as a temporary it is only for testing the trans combination not for use on road.Good Pro Comp E rated tires.
Inside you'll find a new headliner and the seat is recovered, an Alpine head unit with Alpine 6x9s in the doors. The door panels, carpet, and dash are original to the truck.
I still drive it every day I've just gotten it to where I'm really pleased with the way it's come together I'm in no rush to sell it ... but if you're interested reasonable offers will be considered.
