1976 FORD GRAN TORINO ELITE

1976 Ford Torino Description:

For your consideration is this 1976 Ford Gran Torino Elite. This car has 30,000 original miles, and has sat in storage for 30 years. It has a 351w engine, C4 transmission, and a 9” rearend.The body has been repainted but is in good shape with small scratches, and a spot of rust on the rear quarter panel. The floorboards and trunk are also solid.
It features power steering, power brakes, rallye pack gauges, power windows, power trunk release, power antenna, and rear window defroster. The car has air-conditioning, but the evaporator coil will need replacement. The interior is in good shape with only a small tear in the headliner. The exterior has a small crack in the passenger side tail light lens, a small piece of bumper trim missing, and some bubbling under the vinyl top.
I purchased this car from an auction, and I have completelygone over the car. I have tuned up the engine with new spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, and PVC valve. I have also changed the air filter, oil filter, oil, trans filter, and trans fluid. The following parts have also been replaced:Alternator, carburetor, fuelpump, thermostat, new tires, muffler, and vacuum modulator
This is not a restoration, but a classic in great condition. The Ford is Delaware antique tagged and I have put about 1000 miles on it since putting it back on the road. It really can be driven anywhere.
