1990 Ford Mustang Gt Description:

1990 Mustang Gt Convertible with cobra body kit. Car was restored early this spring. Car was taken down to bare metal inside and out. Paint is Eastwood molten red metallic. From expoxy primer to 2k primer, sealer, basecoat and clear only eastwood products was used. This is not a show paint job still a few flaws but is a real nice paint job and head turner. All interior was replaced. New seats, carpet door trim and any thing that was not working fixed or replaced. Sound deadening was put on floor panels from front to trunk. New top installed a few months ago. Electric top works. All weather stripping replaced. One piece front headlights was installed along with new rear cobra taillight lens covers. New American muscle 17" rims and tires. Car was dropped 1.5 inches with new struts and shocks. The car was originally a 5 speed that was switched to a ford aod automatic. Transmission has been rebuilt with only dyno time on the aod. The valve body was given all shift improvements with a large transmission cooler. The engine from what I know is all stock with original miles. Compression of all cylinder was 143 to 151. The stock fuel injection system was removed. The stock fox body fuel injection systems are know for troublesome vac leaks and sensor failures. So an aluminum intake was installed with a fitech go street 400 fuel injection unit and a chevy style hei distributor. It will come with a handhelp controller to program the unit to owners likings. I have utilized a fitech on my jeep rockcrawler and it has been trouble free for several years now. The ac unit works great. All parts that needed replaced like all lines and ac coil was replaced. Heater coil was replaced also while the heater box was out. New flow master exhaust from headers back installed. Sounds great and not loud. All brake components was replace on the mustang for safety. Lines, rotors, drums shoes, pads, bearings and master cylinder. I'm sure I'm missing a few things. Keep in mind this is almost a 30 year old car and as 98% has been redone a few things will come around that needs addressed. Cruise doesn't work and windows could need some more tweaking to line up. But for the price that this mustang will sell at and it's looks the buyer is getting a outstanding car. Car was being restored for my daughter but went a different route. The buyer will be responsible for pick up of the vehicle. Buyer has option to pay full amount into my PayPal account or the remaining balance after deposit will need to be paid in cash.
