Looks to be original paint and patina. The drive train has been pulled out years ago. The head has a crack.
It needs to be cleaned up as it has been sitting for many years. Looks to be a really solid truck. I do see one floor on the passenger side that rusted through. The camper shell protected the bed and the floors except the Passenger floor.
We have the original rear end and the rear end that is in it is a drop out 8" rear end heavy duty.

This camper shell was one that was made just for this year and body style back in the day. The rear glass and trim around it is also part of the camper shell package.
