Selling for a friend.1969 Ford Mustang Sportsroof Q code 428 cobra jet non ram air 4 speed project. 1 of 1 per Marti report. Car was originally Black Jade sportsroof ( not mach 1 or GT ) black standard interior with high back buckets, 3:50:1 trak loc, power disc brakes, manual steering, argent wheels. They only made a total of 1485 sportsroof 4 speeds.Body is rough. Had floor and rear quarters done sometime before but it needs to all be redone. Both inner fenders are stamped with vin, both big block shock towers are good with no holes drilled and no hammering for headers, rear staggered shock panel is intact as well. You could redo the car using the original roof, sail panels, door jambs, headlight buckets, windshield posts, shock towers, rear staggered panel, doors, fenders, cowl, 1/4 scoops and brackets, rear quarter extensions, and some small brackets etc.Comes with new: front and rear inner fender aprons, front frame rails, cowl/firewall, torque boxes, one piece floor, seat risers,rear frame rails, one piece trunk floor/drop offs, inner/outer wheel wells, rear tail light panel, lower rear valance.I dont have the hood or front lower valance. The trunk is rotted under the lip.My body guy only does mustangs 65-70 and he said he could give me this back using all the parts above, dressed welds and in self etching primer for $7K, right off his mustang specific jig table.I will be happy to pass his name and number along if you buy this.I just mocked the car up to make it a roller. Literally like 2 bolts in the fenders kind of thing. I put the original front suspension in, manual steering in, disc brakes, lower dash, steering column,seats and swapped a 9" bare housing with 28 spline axles and leaf springs. Made it a roller with the wheels and tires that do hold air.Car is for sale locally and on Philadelphia Craigslist.
