1930 Model A Ford Roadster

6,330 MILEAGE

1930 Ford Model A Description:

This was a car I purchased for my father in-laws 85th birthday in 2004, he used up until age 93 when he became ill. Sadly he passed away just after his 94th about two years ago, the family has now decided to sell the car. The car has been stored in a climate controlled garage in the on Long Island NY's east end. It has been started regularly but has seen very limited use in the last five years. The car was a regular in the Memorial Day Parade and was featured in an original painting by a local Artist Cuca Romley.I purchased the car from a widow in Florida whose husband the former owner did the original restoration.

Regarding particulars about the car:

Although I am not an expert the car seems original other than the two front fenders and running boards which I believe are fiberglass.

My father in-law did periodic maintenance on it and the car always ran well.

There are wind deflectors on the two side doors which are plastic but the glass units that I think were the originals will come with the car.

It is still a 6 Volt system and all lights and switches work.

The gas gage float doesn't work and the fuel petcock has been replaces.

This is an older restoration so it has its share of imperfections but no major damage.

The car runs fine and is available for inspection with reasonable notice.

The current mileage is 6330, it had 5574 when I purchased it.

Please contact me if you have questions.

I’ve added photos of the undercarriage as requested.
