Vehicle Overview 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible in excellent condition with great history, Great driver, was manufactured at the Dearborn, Michigan Ford plant and purchased new on July 13, 1965 at Smart and Perry in Indianapolis, Indiana. The car remained with its original owner for 22 years before it was passed to her son and grandson. It was kept in the family until acquired by the second owner in 1999. Power comes from a T-code 200ci inline-six paired with a rebuilt 3-speed C4 automatic transmission. A repaint in factory Arcadian Blue was carried out in the 1990s, at that time a new cream soft top and blue seat covers were installed. This early Mustang is offered with some service records, registration dating to the original owner, original Owner's Manual and original keys.
