1978 Ford F-150 XLT Description:
This is a 1978 Ford F150 Ranger XLT with a 460ci. V8 and 63,000 original miles. It has an Edelbrock 1411 carburetor (750 cfm) and four speed manual transmission. I also have an automatic transmission and steering column. This year I have replaced the majority of the fuel line, both fuel filters, changed the oil, replaced the spark plugs (accel super stock spiral core 8mm), spark plugs (AR33 auto lite) and rebuilt the carburetor. Last fall the 33" Mud Claw tires were added and the steering box was replaced. Five years ago the bench seat was completely redone and the wiring harness was replaced . The clear coat is peeling on the hood and roof. There is very minor rust in the bed, and one spot on the backside of the cab but the frame is very clean. This truck has never been driven in winter.
