1978 ford f250 4x4 6.9l Turbo Diesel

1978 Ford F-250 XLT Description:

This was a project I started 12 years ago. I hat to sell it but I had back surgery a few years ago and can't move like I use to. It is a 78. It started with off frame, 6.9 diesel with only 80K miles on it, reman c6 with B&M tow shift kit, sterling rear end, rebuilt front end, all new brakes, nos right front fender and door, all new cab mounts, nos core support, recovered factory seat, 36 gal. fuel tank, and so so much more. Anything it needed it got and I tried to get USA made. The bed needs some work on the out side but the in side and under is very nice. Look at the pictures. Its not perfect but could be made. I have a lot of parts for it, more then what's in the pictures. It runs, drives and shifts good. The AC works good. It always starts right up. 3.55:1 gears. Just needs someone to finish it up. It has been sitting in side for 10 years and it shows. Needs a good cleaning. You can drive it home. I think I have a gallon of paint that is still good for it. It does have HID headlights. The cab never had any rust on it. The hood had one spot of surface rust and the driver door had a few spots. The right fender and door were new Ford. The truck was wrecked when I got it that's why it got a new core support, fender and door. The bed came from another truck.
