1928 Ford Model AR, 50-B Sport CoupeCalifornia, All Steel,Very Early, Rust Free ExampleThis older restoration, was correctly restored. It has a updated 12 volt alternator charging system for easy starting and added reliability.Will show nicely at any event, show, or parade. Complete with rumble seat, running boards, luggage rack, and fender mounted spare wheel and tire. Running Board mounted box containing Water, Oil and Gasoline cans. Clean California Title and registered with Historic Vehicle license plates. You will love this 90 year old piece of American Automotive History.
Recent work includes the following:Brand new Distributor; Points, cap, rotor and condenser.New Spark Plugs andCoil.Rebuilt Original Carburetor.New complete exhaust system, with new muffler.Oil change.All tolerances checked.Runs perfectly and starts easily.
Exterior: Arabian Sand Finish with Black Fenders. Nickle plated bumpers.21" Spoke Wheels. Fender mounted spare. Rear luggage rack. Rumble seat upholstery in excellent condition. Paint in generally good condition with a few slight scratches.
Interior: Correct Fabric, in good condition. Early example with correct, "red" steering wheel and left side mounted parking brake. All Glass in good condition.
Top: This is a Sport Coupe and Not a convertible. Rear window folds up. Top in fairly good condition.
Mechanics: Starts easily, Runs quiet and shifts and brakes as a Model A should. Does Not smoke or knock!
