1964 Ford Galaxie Description:

Car needs restored but has brakes and runs good. I had the carb rebuilt, fuel tank installed, fuel lines flushed, new clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing installed. New master cylinder and brake cylinders. Car hasn’t been started in a couple months. I wanted to restore the car but have too many projects and nowhere to store them properly. This one is currently in a covered barn. You will not find a better restoration project for a ford than this. Floors are very solid! Watts were patched some in the 80’s I thinksome of the car is the original paint. I wanted to do a restomod on it but don’t have the time. Windshield is cracked. Interior is pretty nice. It’s the sought after Z code 4 speed (aluminum) 500 XL. Car is a console car. I took headers off and put manifolds on so it will need mufflers and pipe also but could be driven pretty soon and drive while you restore. I have a couple of the XL hub caps but missing a couple. Can store it until you can arrange shipping or pickup
