Also AAA CA first place award winner. This car was a spotless all original rust free Henry Ford all steelcar before a concourse high-level restoration at a cost of over $125,000. The sheet metal on this car is sensational laser straight. The paint shines like a mirror. Every nut and bolt has been turned and the restoration was done to perfection.
100% Henry Ford steel, all numbers matching. Rare color Henry Ford called Cloud Mist Gray with complete LeBaron and Bonney full leather interior and top in show room condition.
The dash is like show room new and very high gloss Burlewood grain patternas original 1939. Loaded with rare options: concealed spare tire, full rare completetool set with bag, rare radio, Dash glove compartment door clock, windshield wipers, deluxe wheels withtrim rings and fender skirts, original jack and hand crank. Only driven just over 4000 miles since completed.
I just drove this car for five hours thisMay 2018with my wife in 80° sunny weather and she runs like a Swiss watch, nice and cool. The V8 is so quiet you can barely hear it running. Runs and drives and shifts like a new car. All gauges, wipers, horn, and directional's work like new.
All glass is dated correct 1939Henry Ford script in mint condition. All chrome is show room mint condition. Interior is show room like new.
This car is like brand new and truly one of the best 1939 Ford's on the planet. A milestone car for Henry Ford with the fact it was the last Ford with a floor shifter and rumble seat.
