1952 Ford Other Pickups Description:

Up for sale is my 1951 F1 pickup.
Mechanical: Installed a good running 1946 239 Flathead engine. Installed mechanical updates, electronic ignition from speedway motors, 12-volt electrical alternator, new high torque 12 V starter, new aluminum radiator, fuel pumps, carburetor, and water pumps. New emergency brake cables, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, hoses, brake lines, and brake shoes.
Body: Excellent frame. One year old paint (dark cherry), base coat clear coat (some minor imperfections but overall very good). New steel box and tailgate and front fiberglass fenders from midwest early Ford. New cherry hardwood boards in bed with stainless steel strips coated with marine varnish.
Interior: New floor mat, all new glass and rubber moldings, new upholstered seat on original frame. New headliner. The original AM radio is non-functioning. AM/FM CD player is in the glove box.
True mileage is unknown. There was no engine in the truck when I got it. I put down 50 miles because that is what is on my replacement speedometer. Original broken speedometer says 83,220.
If you are looking for a museum restoration, this is NOT for you. But,. if you are looking for good value and a nice truck that you will be proud to own, then this is for you!
