This truck honors the FDNY, which lost 343 firefighters on 9-11.It runs and drives well, and is great for parade use.
The truck comes with polished fire extinguishers, fire department radio, PA system, polished siren and rotating emergency light. Also includes fire helmets and a bunker coat, along with an FDNY flag. Notice that the truck has the original utility tool boxes. They are rust-free and solid.
Truck has been disassembled, taken down to bare metal, painted and reassembled. Engine was completely overhauled, with new valve train that can handle unleaded fuel. Transmission and clutch were overhauled. New rear springs and all 4 shocks. Front drum brakes were replaced with a power-assisted disk brake system. Truck is originally from Arizona. There are no rust problems.
Truck has less than 20 miles since rebuild. It comes with a new, NOS speedometer, never installed. You can look a long time and never find another F-100 like this one.
