Ford Torino GT Convertible. This Torino is in very nice condition. Fresh paint, many new suspension parts newer brakes, mostly original condition. Non numbers matching 302, Automatic transmission, 8" rear end, column shift with bucket seats. Interior is in very good condition as well. I purchased the car around 15 years ago from South Texas and has been garage kept since I have owned it. As far as I can tell the car has had little to no rust. The motor is a stock 302 non numbers matching but has good compression doesn't smoke, starts and runs strong. The column shift automatic shifts nicely and drives as it should. Car does not wander and drives straight. The body panel between the trunk lid and convertible top has been rebuilt with fresh metal as it had a few bubbles on it that turned out to be an old repair done poorly. no holes in the trunk or floor, frame is solid, core support is solid. Has new tie rod ends, ball joints, shocks, drag links, steering link, rear spring bushings and more. Oil pan is dented and a new one is included. Heater core is bypassed but a new one is also included. Also has a new battery and upgraded LED tail light bulbs. The one weak point on the car is the convertible top. Is is still usable but getting rough. I installed black GT stripes with the plan to replace the top with a black one to match the black interior. The car was originally a robins egg blue color, repainted in a beautiful red that makes the car pop. this is not a show car but is a very nice driver, priced well below book value.
