1978 Ford Bronco RANGER XLT Description:

For sale is a rare classic Bronco Ranger XLT.

1978 was the first year Ford made this larger style Bronco, and it was marketed as a luxury vehicle. Ford only made the larger Bronco for a few years, and these models are very hard to find, and almost impossible to find in this good of condition.

The amount restoration work performed on this vehicle is too lengthy to lay out here, but the vehicle runs perfectly and has been my daily driver for some time. The exterior paint and interior finishes are excellent.

The Bronco has the 351M engine and automatic transmission.

Mileage is not correct because odometer does not currently work.

In the interest of full disclosure, the vehicle does have the following issues:

A few paint dings on the interior doors;

speedometer and odometer need to be repaired (but it is a very cheap fix);

the cruise control and interior dome light do not work.
