1965 Thunderbird Convertible

1965 Ford Thunderbird Description:

1965 thunderbird convertible white with white upholstery. I have recently installed new fuel tank and lines. Holly 4 barrel carburetor, new fuel pump. New master cylinder, booster and brake lines. I have many new chrome parts for interior and trim. Also the fiberglass tonneau cover for rear seat and headrests. The motor starts and runs good but It is not drivable as is because the uni-body frame needs reworked. It will need new sub-frame connectors or have new framework welded to stiffen the undercarriage. The floor boards and trunk will also need to have sheet metal replaced. The brakes still need some work done. The floor boards and trunk will also need to have sheet metal replaced. The upper body is solid with some rust spots and the paint needs to be repainted to make for a nice daily driver. The dash is not cracked and all the glass is in good condition. The top needs to be replaced, the upholstery has some stains but is not torn. I would encourage you to come inspect the vehicle as I would not want you to be disappointed with purchasing. As always with this type of vintage car there are good things and bad things which have to be considered in a restoration project.
