1991 Ford F-150 Parts Truck, runs and drives but frame is rusted pretty bad

1991 Ford F-150 Description:

This is a 1991 Truck runs and drives. It has been a farm truck for about 10 years. The frame got pretty bad and the fuel tank leaks so we parked it last fall. The second fuel tanks sending unit went bad. The truck starts, runs and drives. 4x4 works. Some states might pass this inspection. However, we're selling it as a parts truck. The frame has surface rust throughout. The worse part is at the right rear back spring shackle. It is rusted through. If your intentions are to get this registered this will have to be repaired.
