The "Sensational Sedan", this 1926 Ford Tudor Sedan was custom built and owned by Sheldon Bardin.
Custom built in 1968 with a full J&J Chassis, chromed Jaguar suspension, chrome Buick wire wheels, silver gray mohair upholstery, a Ford 289ci V8, C4 transmission and a Brass handle shifter. '66 Mustang front disc brakes were added for additional stopping power.
The '69 Cad Rampur green lacquer paint and black fenders shine up nicely. This car was built extremely well and was featured in "Rod & Custom" Magazine in December 1969 and again in "HotRod" Magazine in 1978. It was renowned for having so many well known builders and shops working on it in the late 1960's, such as, Sheldon Bardin, American Top Shop, Ken Ellis and Jake Jacobs. This is a great build, with a lot of history. At any cruise or show, this car is definitely going to be the star of the event.
