1969 Mustang Mach 1 428 cobra Jet R-code 4spd
Just out of long term storage and off the road for more than 20 years. Originally Black Jade now red. Driver quality condition but will need all of the systems gone through before returning to the road safely (tires, brake system, carb etc..). Additional photos can be sent if requested. The engine runs well and has had a recent oil change. The block appears to be a factory replacement as no numbers are visible, there is a clear photo of the number location in the photo attached. That said I'm told there were a few places where the numbers could be so I may be looking in the wrong location. The car shifts well and the clutch feels strong.
The interior looks surprisingly good for the cars age. The odometer shows 94814 miles which can't be proven are original is still believable by the condition of the car and interior.

I've noticed rust starting under the passenger foot well and also a bit behind the left rear wheel underside trunk area. Other than that, the car appears to be very solid and in good condition for its age.
This is a great opportunity for someone to buy a real 428 Cobra Jet R-code 4spd. It should be an easy project to get back on the road as a driver quality car or provide a solid base for restoration. Good luck!
