Southern CA car
This 1972 has the with original rare flat hood. There isw no rust (I lived in CA when I built this) The car was stripped to shell, painted then reassembled. We replaced any worn parts.
The car since has about 4000 miles on it.
Odometer is at 42K, and is most likely not accurate

The paint is in great "driver" shape (10 years old...). I do take to "fun" showswhere it has been known to win "kids favorite" but it is not a show car.There are some small chips associated with light highway driving. There are a few scratches that were fixed with a touchup paint pen. Not noticeable at any distance unless you are really looking. Interior is very presentable seats are perfect. the door panels and console look good but are not the concourse quality. I think I got them a Vicks Autosport. The kick panels have speakers in them (after market probably do not work) there is no radio. the leather console covers the slot for a standard radio.
The build:
suspension: replaced all bushings/bars front and rear with heavier sway bars and endlinks
Koni adjustable shocks.Springs are stock and were cut down a bit to get the ride height I wanted. The ride is firm with the shock set at the softest setting. Dialing up the shocks really gets it tight but that was just too stiff for me.
Engine correct 1608 - Aprox 1000 miles on Vick Autosport performance build $6500 for the engine
Cams, Ported polished heads, dual Weber carbs, correct waffle intake manafold, Lighter flywheel
Electronic ign.
Brand new Trans (NOT REBUILT) (300 miles) - Lada super cruiser from vicks (taller 5th gear)
The sound of the engine is incredible and a real head turner
Anza exhaust system in great shape
Panasport wheels - lots of tread on tires
Roll bar is bolt in and removable.
Also -
Head lights on relays - (so that are bright)
added O2 Sensor in header with O2 gauge in glove box. makes carb setup easy.
Top was new 10 years ago, It is a vinyl unit and of "OK" quality It shows some wear from being folded .
I rarely ever have it up. I do have an original tonneau cover for he top as seen in images and video. The car is parked in a heated warehouse and taken out on weekends.
Money has never been an object for this car and I have spent a lot over the years.... Very show-able but not a show car. this is a really fun driver.Please ask any questions, the car is available to show by appointment.
Note: the speedometer cable is acting up - needle is jumping a-lot I have a new cable and will include it

There is nothing wrong with the car. As noted in the description, the speedometer starter jumping a bit. The cable is original and .... old. I ordered a new cable and will include it.
No known accidents and no evidence of ever being hit. I do not know how many owners. The car was a decent driver in need of TLC when I got it in 2001.
I stripped it to the shell, painted the shell then completely rebuilt the car. I did have a second parts car that a pulled a few things from.
Money really was not an issue during the rebuild and I replaced things that needed it.
- All new breaks, cables, hoses, bushings, rear links. I just recently replaced the fuel inlet and vent hoses.
Car has battery located in trunk, electric fuel pump, electronic ignition etc.
