1983 Dodge Police Description:

Here's a rare find for the Mopar Police car collectors.
A 1983 Dodge Diplomat police pursuit car in as found condition.
Rarely does one of the old original Mopar Squads make it through the years at all considering their low survival rate.
With the demo derby guys and the hot rod wanna be's pulling the drive trains they are hard to find anymore.
This car was lucky enough to sit in a garage its entire life and was the small town of Pritchett Colorado's only police car, population of 140 people. Still has the city of Pritchett name on the clear title. Never civilian owned or registered.
The Diplomat has all the original paint, interior, equipment, antenna's,radios's, sirens etc. You will notice in the under hood picture it also has the optional spool of fuel line/spicket to help motorist that have run out of gas.
This Diplomat is turn key and with some elbow grease and a detail it will be car show ready.
Zero rust, no signs of any accidents, runs and drives very well. The 57k miles are original and it shows!!
That being said it is an old cop car and does have a couple bruise's, scuff's here and there.
It drives down the road as it should and the AC does blow cool. Will need to have the freon topped off to be cold.
The radios, and equipment do power up and can most likely be tuned into you local frequency to pick up your preferred channels.
