Car is 80% complete, Exterior: no body damage and ALL chrome trimmings are on the car. Car was running, changed the points and couldn't get it to turn on... not too mechanical savy. Interior: back seats are goo, front seats are not. as per the pics there is rust on the floor front and back. (inexpensive fix). breaks need to be done. DMV has it as a 1963
