1949 DeSoto Custom Coupe Deluxe Description:

For Sale is a beautiful garage kept 1949 Desoto Custom Coupe. I am the second owner of the vehicle since 1967.The vehicle has 80,000+ original miles.The motor is original and runs great. Engine is clean and well maintained. The Desoto coupe has a catching body style, with a lot of chrome on the inside and outside vehicle. The vehicle has always been garaged and has been stored in an Antique Car Museum for many years. Good windows, good outside mirrors, full size hub caps, lighted hood ornament, and good interior.

This Desoto is stock with a fluid drive transmission that requires a clutch to get in gear, but drives like an automatic once in gear. Items maintained on the vehicle recently are new rear brake shoes, new plugs and spark plug wires, 4 new tires, new front brake shoes, new front wheel cylinders, new batter, new ignition wires, and new plugs.

Only pending maintenance is a new radiator in the future.

Everything works but the engine temperature gauge.

Assorted spare parts will go with the car.
