Mint condition DMC-12

1982 DeLorean DMC-12 Description:

This DeLorean is in almost perfect condition. I am the second owner of the car. I bought it 13 years ago. No car turns more heads or gets more smiles and thumbs-up than a DeLorean. I only drive the car a few times a year and have keep it in heated storage over the winter. There is no leaks or corrosion anywhere in the car.
There are many upgrades to the car including an upgraded suspension system (lowered by a few inches), converted A/C system from Freon R-12 to Freon R134a, rewired fuse block and relay blocks for improved reliability, added many stainless steel accents, such as name plate, fuel injection lines, overflow tank, rating labels, etc. Have had car serviced at DeLorean Motor Company Midwest (Chicago) multiple times to fix things I could not (window regulators, engine components).
Car starts and runs great.
The body has two minor blemishes that are shown in the pictures. There is a blemish in the paint on the rear bumper and a tiny dent in the right rear wheel well. I had to walk around the car a couple of times to find it for the picture.
I hope the new buyer has as much fun with it as I have. My kids always begged to go for a drive in the "Time Machine". The local schools regularly called me to drive in school parades and we got calls to get involved in photoshoots. The car was featured in a hip-hop video taken in Detroit last year.
