1982 Datsun Z-Series Description:

1982 Datsun 280ZX Coupe, one owner, T Top, Not the turbo model, under 74,000 actual miles excellent condition. This vehicle was always garaged for the past 35 years. It has had a security system with remote door locks added andthe vehicle is rust free, I added a louvered black metal shade over the rear deck window when I first purchased the vehicle. Also added side protective moldings. This vehicle was rarely driven in any kind of inclement weather, and was driven as a secondary car on nice days only. The gauges all are in working order as is the flawless 5 speed manual transmission. All maintenance was done within recommended periods and I have been tireless in keeping the vehicle in excellent running condition.

The paint on the car is in good condition. This is a rarely seen factory 2 tone painted scheme of Chocolate over Orange Mist Metallic. The paint shows no notable imperfections, just some minor stone chips to the front nose as expected from the age of this vehicle.

Both front and rear bumpers are in attractive condition with no damage to be found. Inside, the interior is all stock and is in excellent condition with a little minor wear on the drivers seat to the suede. Seats are leatherandsuede. The seats and carpet are exactly as you would expect from a vehicle with this mileage and is considered in excellent condition.

The dash shows no cracking and the headliner looks as good as it did when new. All gauges are in good working order.

Even the voice warnings for fuel, lamps on and door open work with no issues. Under the hood, the inline 6 cylinder runs good and is all stock and original. All of the original decals and stickers are still in place.

All belts and hoses were replaced 4 or 5 years ago. The vehicle has a new battery two years ago and the hydraulic clutch was replaced about 4 years ago and probably does not have more than 3000 miles on it since being replaced.

This vehicle is being sold under a clean Washington Title.

It is with mixed feelings that I am considering selling this vehicle, I am getting older and this vehicle is getting increasing hard for me to ingress and egress. It may be time to pass this car on to someone else who will care for it as I have.
