1969 Citroën Description:

In 2016, my wife and I vacationed on a little island off the coast of France called, Ile De Re. While exploring the island, we were introduced to a man who owned a citroen HY van that was stored and hermetically sealed in his garage for the past 25 years. My wife, who is french, fell in love with the van and asked him if he would sell it to us and he finally agreed. He purchased this van, new, in 1969 and had it configured as a camping van. He only used it to go camping with his wife and daughter; the rest of the time it was kept in his garage. It has very few miles on it; when he retired, he took the van to the ditroen dealership he replaced the motor, transmission, and drive train with a new factory motor, transmission, and drive train and then parked it in his garage for 25 years.(We have all of the service records since it was new along with the factory manuals). After we purchase the citroen, we took out the old camper interior and replaced it with a beautiful, all new interior, which includes, bench seating for four and a table, which faces a giant 60" 1 ½ inch thick samsung 4K Smart tv with a direct tv satellite hook up. After the table retracts, the interior can quickly be changed over to a king sized bed with an automatically inflated mattress. During the daytime, it can be used for seating, eating and cooking, and in the evening, you can be in a king sized bed, watching a 60" smart tv anywhere you take it. It also has a small kitchen area with a sink, small refrigerater and a induction burner. It has a sink with its own water supply, an instant on water heater and a smal fridge. It comes with a separate compleate bathroom with a sink and cabinet, a fully functional portable toilet, and a complete shower combination. Everything is powered by 2000 watt Honda Generator that is located in the spare tire compartment. It also has a trailer hitch and new tires. We had the van completely stripped to the metal and purposely repainted to resemble an old crepe food truck made to look like it couldve been operated by traveling gypsys in France.

This van was stretched by the Citroen factory when it was built, so it is over 3' longer than a standard Citroen van, making it very rare. Giving it enough room to be configured as above. The van is also licensed as a crepe truck business.

THIS VAN, CAN ALSO BE SET UP IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES AS A CREPE TRUCK, AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE VIDEO AND THE INSIDE CAN BE USED AS A SIT DOWN CAFÉ FOR CUSTOMERS. IT IS LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA AND HAS ITS OWN BUSINESS WEBISTE. IT GENERATES A GREAT CASH FLOW IF YOU USE IT COMMERCIALLY. THE BUSINESS PORTION OF THE TRUCK IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
