• 1973 Citroen SM

Just out of long term dry storage,Last registered in the year 2000.Being a 1973 it is the higher powered version of the carand has a 5 speed manual transmission. It was built for use in the USA.I am in the midst of moving my business of over 40 years and am also downsizing so I need to get rid of as many cars as possible.The body is rust free and dent and damage free.Both fender skirts are with the car,Three of the hubcaps arewith it and they are nice.The spare and complete jack kit is there including the covers.The paint has scratches in it but should shine up nice with a wet sand and polish.I am sorry for the quality of the photos but I used three different cameras all to no avail, also there is no water at the facility I am currently located.We have removed the fuel tank and had it flushed,treated the cylinders to marvel mystery oil, turned it over then started it.It runs excellent but the front carb keeps sticking.The carbs should all be rebuilt.It appears the hydraulic system was in the progress of being checked out or renewed.There are used spheres in the trunk but the rear ones on the car, the front ones look to be newer.I was going to put fresh fluid in it and check the pump pressure then replace all the spheres and hoses with new/rebuilt parts.
Both front seat have cracks on the bolsters. The photos show a different color but they are the same.The dash pad has no cracks.
