1969 Citroen DS21 5-Speed

1969 Citroën Description:

Engine turns over but does not start and suspension started to raise while cranking. Borderline barnfind. Not sure if it has been on the road at anytime recently. Is a restoration candidate as these cars are getting rare in the United States. Car is very complete and would also be a good donor car for the one your currently restoring.
This car does have a very rare 5 Speed manual transmission in it.
