1965 Chrysler Imperial Description:
1965 Imperial Crown convertible. This rare car (only 633 built) with its unusual deep burgundy exterior and interior color came completely loaded with V8 engine, automatic transmission, leather power seats, P/S, P/B, power windows and vent windows, cruise control and air conditioning. This Elwood Engel designed car was mechanically sound, when it was put in storage 25 years ago. Started last year on gas can, but currently not running, turns over easily with battery. Damaged right front fender, but comes with replacement fender. Car is 95% complete. All side chrome, including 6 piece rocker moldings, and four wheel well moldings. Needs roof, has rust in driver back floor and a few small spots mostly in trunk, but otherwise it is pretty solid. A/C Compressor is off but there is one in trunk with some other parts. Make no mistake, it needs a complete restoration, but this unique '65 Imperial Crown convertible is definitely worth it. Call for more information.Don (973) 214 5792
