1963 Chrysler Imperial Crown Description:

This is a very rare barn find, it was literally found in a barn where a private collector had parked it in 1983. It still has the 1983 license plate. Being an Arizona car, there is no rot at all! It runs well but could use a little more attention before putting on the road.
This car has not been restored, just cleaned up. The brown paint was added in 1979 by the previous owner. The 413 has a vintage set of Offenhauser valve covers. This gem even has factory air conditioning but its status is unknown. The power antenna works along with the power seat. 3 of the 4 windows are not currently working and will need some attention. The car even has it's original floor mats.
The current owner, a friend of mine who owns a hotrod shop, has put tires on it along with a new fuel pump and wheel cylinders. The old fuel has been drained but the system has not been completely flushed out. The car starts right up and sounds good! The push-button transmission engages as it should and park works properly.
There is one small trim piece missing above the drivers door, other than that piece everything seems complete.
The odometer shows 22,457 and has likely turned over once. The title is still in the previous (deceased) owners name but will come with all needed paperwork to register it in the new owners name. Other vehicles were purchased from this collection and registered without problems. If needed, we can discuss registering it in the current owners name if that would make the buyer more comfortable.
This is an older and unrestored vehicle. The chrome, top and paint probably look better in the pictures than they actually are. Paint is thin, the top has cracks and the chrome shows its age. This may or may not work today or tomorrow. There are no warranties with this vehicle. We will tell you what we know and help where we can. Please make your inspections prior to bidding as all bids are binding.
The car is located in Cottonwood Arizona at Wesies Customs and is available for viewing there.
Now the fun part. A $500 deposit is to be made via PayPal within 48 hours of auction close. The remaining balance is to be paid within 7 days from the close of auction. The vehicle must be picked up within 2 weeks. There are no warranties on this vehicle. That means it's an as-is sale! This vehicle and title will not be released until all payments have cleared. The balance to be paid is due in cash or certified funds.
We may entertain trades and can help load if you will need it transported. We may be able to deliver for a fee to surrounding states.
